Instructions for Winter Wheat Bus Tours

To help make your visit to Winter Wheat a success, Bus Tour Operators please read, sign and return our Policy Registration Form by using on of the 3 methods listed below.

Winter Wheat Ltd. cannot accommodate buses on our grounds, for safety and legal reasons.

For this reason, all buses must park safely on the west side shoulder of the highway so that passengers can get off the bus and walk up the driveway.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not supply transportation from the highway to our store.

Once the bus has been unloaded the bus driver must return to Sparta and park in the Municipal Parking lot. Again this is for safety and legal reasons.

Tour operators PLEASE inform your tour group of our policy so that they will not be disappointed if they are unable to walk that far.

To help us anticipate your arrival we require tour operators we require to fill out and return the following information before you arrive.

We suggest that you allow your tour group at least one hour to enjoy all that Winter Wheat has to offer.

Our hours are 10am until 5pm daily.

Our beautiful grounds close at 4:45pm and the store closes at 5pm.

Tour operators PLEASE note...... Winter Wheat does NOT stay open after 5pm.
