Folk Artist Lucy Ogletree
Lucy Ogletree is a Canadian folk artist who has developed her own unique style of expression.
Her paintings are often whimsical and reflect a simpler life. Lucy draws inspiration from memories of her childhood growing up near the small rural community of Thamesville, Ontario.

Lucy's love for rural life, its seasons, its animals, and the feeling of a simpler life give her paintings a charm that only comes when something is created from the heart.
Currently, Lucy resides with her husband, Mike Roberts, and her beloved pets on a five-acre piece of property just south of the Village of Sparta in Ontario.
Their unique home, charming country store and Lucy's art studio are nestled amongst the towering pines and spruce trees.
This warm and inviting place is lovely referred to as Winter Wheat. Visitors are welcome to visit Lucy at Winter Wheat, wander the grounds and enjoy Lucy's folk art work.
Each year Lucy Ogletree publishes a limited edition calendar featuring her folk paintings. View Calendar ![]()
Lucy's original studio at Winter Wheat was a small cabin which has been transformed into a warm and cozy sitting area for visitors to relax and enjoy each other's company.
